Athletic Programs

It is our goal to provide athletes with the opportunity to improve their performance, help prevent injuries, and reach their full potential physically in their respective sport. Although some gifted athletes are successful even when their approach to training is not optimal, these athletes cannot achieve their full potential in their sport without improving their physical capacity to play the game. Peak Performance Strength is solely dedicated to helping athletes maximize their potential by improving on:

  • Performance - Strength/Power, Speed/Agility, Flexibility, Energy Systems and Recovery Strategies.
  • Nutrition - Understand how to fuel and hydrate the body to achieve peak performance before, during, and after games and practices.

Adult Programs

Adult Programs are individualized to meet our clients' goals utilizing integrated systems of training and nutrition that best support their physical abilities to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
